🛠️ Service Engineer – Job Description The Service Engineer is responsible for on-site installation, maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of mechanical, electrical, or electronic equipment. Acting as the face of the company, you’ll ensure optimal performance, minimal downtime, and exceptional customer satisfaction through hands-on technical solutions. Key Responsibilities Installation & Commissioning Set up, install, calibrate, and test new equipment based on manufacturer guidelines and client requirements. Preventive & Corrective Maintenance Execute routine inspections, identify and fix faults, and perform necessary repairs to reduce equipment failure and downtime. Troubleshooting & Diagnostics Rapidly diagnose problems during site visits or remotely, using diagnostic tools to restore optimal function. Customer Interaction & Training Communicate effectively with customers, explain technical issues in simple terms, and provide training on operation and Documentation & Reporting Maintain detailed service logs, repair reports, and inventory records; update ticket systems and issue follow-up Safety & Compliance Ensure all work aligns with safety regulations and company policies; perform quality checks and follow best practices. Collaboration & Process Improvement Work closely with engineering, sales, and product development teams to share insights and drive improvements. Spare Parts & Inventory Management Order, track, and manage essential parts and tools to support field service operations. MANUFACTURING and SERVICING Electrical Panel, Control Panel, AMF Panel, APFC Panel & Servo Voltage Stabilizer and LT Panels etc
