Electrical Design Engineer

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.

Experience : 2 to 6 years

CTC : 2.4 LPA to 4.0 LPA

Preferred Skills & Competencies:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of EPC project lifecycle and site constraints
• Familiarity with HT/LT systems, protection schemes, and control systems
• Good communication and team collaboration abilities
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and multi-project environment
• Key Responsibilities:
• Electrical System Design:

Prepare and review electrical design drawings, SLDs (Single Line Diagrams), GA drawings, cable layouts, earthing and lighting layouts for substation and industrial electrification projects.

• Load Calculations & Equipment Selection:

Assist in load flow studies, voltage drop calculations, short circuit analysis, and equipment sizing (transformers, switchgear, cable trays, bus ducts, etc.).

• Tender & BOQ Preparation:

Assist in preparing technical proposals, tender documentation, and detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on project specifications and site conditions.

• Compliance & Standards:

Ensure all designs comply with IS, IEC, IEEE standards and applicable local/state regulations.

• Coordination with Stakeholders:

Collaborate with project managers, procurement, site teams, vendors, and consultants for design finalization and technical clarifications.

• Software Proficiency:

Work with AutoCAD, EPLAN, ETAP, or similar electrical design and simulation tools.

• Documentation & Reporting:

Generate technical documentation, design reports, datasheets, and submission packages for client approval.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
