Electrical Design Engineer

Key Responsibilities: Supervise and guide the daily design activities of direct reporting team members. Prepare Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) using AutoCAD and EPLAN as per client specifications. Develop General Arrangement (GA) drawings, fabrication drawings, and Internal GA drawings using AutoCAD/EPLAN. Prepare and manage Bills of Materials (BOM). Coordinate with the Automation Systems Department to gather necessary data for drawing preparation. Collaborate with QC, Production, Marketing, and Purchase departments to implement quality improvements in product design. Obtain client approval for drawing documents when required. Ensure timely and accurate completion of all drawings using AutoCAD and EPLAN. Review and verify the quality and accuracy of work completed by team members. Maintain proper documentation and revision history of all design changes. Demonstrate a willingness and ability to learn new tools, technologies, and processes. Set clear targets for the team and ensure their successful achievement. Embrace innovative approaches to improve work efficiency and productivity. Execute tasks as delegated by senior management. Effectively delegate responsibilities within the design team. Manage and prioritize multiple assignments to meet project deadlines.
