Electrical and maintenance Head

As an experienced candidate with over 10 years of experience in Electrical maintenance, you will be responsible for various key roles and responsibilities: Role Overview: You will be primarily responsible for maintenance planning and scheduling, supervision of maintenance activities, troubleshooting and repairs, compliance and safety, budget and cost management, inventory management, project management, documentation and reporting, training and development, and continuous improvement in the electrical maintenance department. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for electrical systems and machinery. - Plan and prioritize maintenance tasks to minimize equipment downtime. - Supervise and manage a team of electrical maintenance technicians or engineers, assign tasks, and monitor performance. - Oversee troubleshooting and repair of electrical faults and breakdowns promptly to minimize disruptions. - Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety standards, conduct risk assessments, and enforce safety protocols. - Prepare and manage budgets, monitor expenses, and optimize resource use while maintaining system reliability. - Maintain adequate stock levels of electrical parts, order necessary materials, and organize inventory. - Oversee electrical installation projects, coordinate with other departments and vendors, and monitor project progress. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs, and generate detailed reports. - Provide training on electrical systems, equipment, and safety procedures, and stay updated with industry trends. - Monitor system performance, identify improvement opportunities, and implement innovative solutions for enhanced reliability and efficiency.
