Responsible for leading electrical and automation systems, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency in a heavy industry environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance and automation teams.
Manage Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal), SCADA, and HMI systems.
Oversee VFDs, Servo drives (SEW, Schneider), sensors, encoders, and PID loops.
Maintain HT/LT systems, transformers, UPS, DGs, and switchgear (11kV/440V).
Drive preventive/predictive maintenance and root cause analysis.
Plan and execute shutdowns, capital projects, and spare parts strategy.
Ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards.
Proven leadership in industrial maintenance.
Strong troubleshooting and automation expertise.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Willingness to support off-hours repairs and critical projects.
