Experience: 10+ years in heavy industrial maintenance Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical or Automation Engineering Location: Neemrana, Rajasthan Role Summary: Responsible for leading electrical and automation systems, ensuring equipment reliability, safety, and operational efficiency in a heavy industry environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead maintenance and automation teams. Manage Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal), SCADA, and HMI systems. Oversee VFDs, Servo drives (SEW, Schneider), sensors, encoders, and PID loops. Maintain HT/LT systems, transformers, UPS, DGs, and switchgear (11kV/440V). Drive preventive/predictive maintenance and root cause analysis. Plan and execute shutdowns, capital projects, and spare parts strategy. Ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards. Requirements: Proven leadership in industrial maintenance. Strong troubleshooting and automation expertise. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Willingness to support off-hours repairs and critical projects.
