Role Description

This is a part-time, on-site role based in the Greater Patna Area for an Electric Vehicle Trainer. The trainer will plan and deliver engaging lessons on EV technology, conduct practical training sessions, and assess learners' progress. Responsibilities include providing hands-on guidance during training, preparing training materials, monitoring class performance, and staying updated with industry developments. The role also requires collaborating with the program team to support students in achieving their learning objectives within the training program.

Qualifications

• Strong practical knowledge of Electric Vehicle systems, components, and technology
• Ability to teach concepts related to EVs, such as battery management systems, motors, and charging infrastructure
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students
• Experience in technical training, curriculum development, or working within the EV/automotive industry
• Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback
• Flexibility to work on-site and adapt lessons to learners with varying skill levels
• Formal training or certification in Electric Vehicles or related technologies is preferred
