1. Executive & Administrative Support a. Manage the CEO’s daily calendar, appointments, travel, and meetings (national & international). b. Prepare agendas, draft minutes, and ensure follow-up on action items. c. Screen and prioritize calls, emails, and requests, ensuring timely responses. d. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive documents and communications. 2. Strategic Coordination & Communication a. Draft and review emails, letters, presentations, MoUs, and proposals on behalf of the CEO. b. Coordinate with CSR partners (Honda, Sony, Mercedes, Reliance, etc.), government bodies (NSDC, MSDE), and international partners (Saudi Arabia, Thailand, UAE). c. Ensure smooth flow of communication between the CEO and KEDMAN’s leadership team, project heads, and external stakeholders. d. Represent the CEO’s office in internal/external meetings when required. 3. Documentation & Research a. Prepare Board documents, donor reports, project summaries, and briefing notes. b. Conduct research and compile background material for meetings, partnerships, and strategy discussions. c. Track global skilling trends and prepare short briefs for the CEO. 4. Project & Task Follow-up a. Monitor progress on key tasks assigned by the CEO to teams, ensuring deadlines are met. b. Maintain trackers for project updates, partner commitments, and Board actions. c. Support in preparing dashboards and MIS reports for CEO/Board review. 5. Event & Travel Coordination a. Coordinate CEO’s participation in national/international events, conferences, and media interactions. b. Liaise with organizers, prepare speaking notes, and ensure logistical readiness. c. Support in drafting CEO’s speeches, articles, and social media updates where required.
