We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to support the execution and management of our Electric Vehicle (EV) programs. The ideal candidate will combine strong project management capabilities with hands-on experience in data analytics. This hybrid role is crucial in driving performance, identifying actionable insights, and ensuring timely implementation of strategic EV initiatives. Key Responsibilities: Program Management Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of EV pilot projects and large-scale rollouts. Support vendor coordination and stakeholder alignment. Track project milestones, budgets, risks, and dependencies. Create program dashboards and periodic reports for leadership and stakeholders. Data Analytics & Insights Collect, clean, and analyze EV-related data (e.g., vehicle usage, battery health, charging patterns, TCO). Build models to assess cost-benefit, performance KPIs, route optimization, etc. Develop automated reports and dashboards using Excel, Power BI, Tableau or similar tools.
