Role: eLearning Project Lead (Fully Remote) Job role / category: Project Management | Leadership | eLearning Operations | Delivery Management | Business Development    Location: Remote (Tamil Nadu preferred) Work Hours: 6 Days/Week, 8 Hours/Day (you will be supporting a US-based team as well, so evening or weekend availability is preferred) Commitment: Minimum 2 Years (Mandatory) Agreement to be signed Start Date: Immediate Do NOT Apply If… You don’t have experience in the eLearning Industry either as an Instructional Designer, eLearning Developer, etc. You need constant supervision or reminders to finish tasks You struggle with English communication or daily reporting You cannot commit to a minimum of 2 years with our company  You don’t want to sign the contract You don’t have a personal PC/Laptop You don’t have a good internet connection About the Role: We are looking for a Team Leader / Project Lead with strong experience in the eLearning industry who can manage team operations, oversee project execution, and take ownership of business development for upcoming projects, including non-profit, government, corporate proposals, etc., The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding a remote production team, ensuring timely and quality delivery, and preparing competitive project proposals aligned with the company’s service and strengths.  Who This Role is For:  This opportunity is ideal for someone who: ✅ Has a minimum of 3 years of experience in eLearning project management or team leadership ✅ Can independently handle proposal writing and project submission based on the eLearning project proposal we received from various sources. ✅ Is confident managing teams remotely and ensuring on-time delivery ✅ Has strong English communication skills (spoken & written) ✅ Understands eLearning development tools and accessibility standards (WCAG 2.2) ✅ Takes full ownership of assigned projects, drives performance by taking full ownership ✅ Can self-manage without handholding Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a remote eLearning production team (developers, designers, QA, etc.) Oversee end-to-end project management, from planning to delivery Conduct daily team check-ins, assign tasks, and ensure accountability Coordinate with clients and internal teams for progress and quality updates Ensure accessibility compliance (WCAG 2.2) in all deliverables Manage and prepare project proposals for Non-profit organisations (NGO), Government projects and grants, Corporate and partnership opportunities.
