Job Title: EHS Officer

Location: Near Bhilad, Gujarat
Industry: Non-Ferrous Metal

Qualification & Experience:

• 1–2 years of experience in process or manufacturing industry
• Certification in NEBOSH / Industrial Safety / Fire Safety
• Fluent in Hindi, Gujarati, and English
• Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) activities at the site
• Conduct daily safety rounds and identify unsafe work conditions
• Manage work permit and risk assessment systems
• Ensure PPE compliance and maintain all inspection, incident, and audit reports
• Conduct safety training, Tool Box Talks, and emergency mock drills
• Maintain documentation for ISO 45001 and OSHA certifications
• Oversee fire-fighting equipment, alarms, emergency exits, and first-aid facilities
• Coordinate with all departments for safety compliance
• Carry out root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
• Monitor lifting, material handling, and hazardous waste storage areas

• Good communication and public speaking skill
