EHS Program Management:
- Ensuring the requirement of Policies and Procedures are implemented at the facility
- Ensure compliance with local, state, and national regulations related to environmental protection, occupational health, and workplace safety
- Inspection and Risk Assessment: Conduct safety audits and risk assessments to identify hazards and potential risks.
- Prioritize employee and visitor health by identifying and mitigating hazards.
- Ensure workplaces are free from conditions that could cause injury or illness.
- Address environmental concerns by minimizing the impact of business operations.
- Ensuring Management of Changed implemented
Audits and Inspections:
- Conduct and lead regular EHS audits and inspections to identify gaps and ensure compliance with ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
- Implement correction and corrective actions and track their implementation
Training and Communication:
- Train employees on safety protocols and procedures.
- Foster a culture of safety awareness through effective communication.
Monitoring and Reporting:
- Monitor compliance with safety standards.
- Regularly report safety performance and incidents.
- Improve the competency of their EHS team members through periodical training
- Ensure the quality and timely delivery as stipulated
- Implement the learning from other facilities for horizontal implementation of best practices
Incident Management:
- Investigation and reporting of EHS incidents reports with appropriate root cause, correction and corrective actions
- Providing training to location EHS team on incident investigation process
- Analyse incident report and suggest proactive measure to reduce incidents
Environmental Protection:
- Implement environmentally responsible practices.
- Ensure proper waste disposal and pollution prevention.
- Monitor and report on environmental metrics such as energy usage, waste management, and water conservation.
- Support sustainability initiatives and green building practices
Emergency Response Coordination:
- Develop Emergency response preparedness plans and update when required.
- Conduct Mock drills asper the calendar
- Coordinate responses during crises.
Legal Compliance and Keeping Updated with Legislation:
- Ensuring 100% compliance in EHS statutory compliance.
- Ensure the organization complies with all relevant laws.
- Understand and adhere to environmental regulations and laws.
- Develop environmental management plans that meet regulatory requirements.
- Ensure proper training for employees on safety and environmental regulations

Employee Well-being:
- Prioritize employee health and well-being.
- Address physical and mental health concerns.
- Address Feedback and complaints of associates on time and take steps to prevent recurrence of issues.
Stakeholder Engagement:
- Collaborate with HR, business team and other corporate functions for effective implementation of EHS at the facility
- Collaborate with FM/City manager IFM EHS lead to ensure EHS integration into daily operations

Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor s or master s degree in engineering/ environmental science/science/ Occupational Health & Safety/Engineering, or related field and Diploma in engineering with certification in EHS (e.g., Diploma in industrial safety or environment management, NEBOSH, Lead auditor in ISO 14001/ ISO 45001 or both.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in EHS roles for bachelor s or master s degree and 10+ years of experience in EHS roles for Diploma in engineering candidates
- Previous experience in related in managing commercial buildings (Desirable)
- Strong knowledge of Indian EHS regulations and global best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
