Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor, located in Delhi, India. The Educational Counselor will provide tailored guidance to prospective students, helping them identify relevant training courses based on their career goals. Day-to-day tasks will include conducting in-depth consultations, answering inquiries, analyzing student needs, and recommending suitable certifications. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of ongoing and upcoming programs to provide accurate support to students. Active participation in workshops, training events, and other outreach programs will be an integral part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong skills in Career Counseling and Education guidance
• Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to understand and address the specific needs of students
• Knowledge of professional training certification programs is an advantage
• Organizational skills and experience in handling consultations effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the education or training industry will be considered beneficial
