Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai ( Mira Road ), for an Educational Counselor. The primary responsibilities include providing guidance to students on academic and career opportunities, conducting individual or group counseling sessions, and assisting with the application and admission processes for educational programs. The role also involves evaluating the needs and goals of students, offering tailored advice, and fostering positive relationships to support their educational and career success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Educational Consulting and knowledge of academic programs and career pathways
• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to provide tailored guidance
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to build rapport with students and their families
• Experience in the education sector, along with a keen understanding of student development
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Proactive, empathetic, and skilled at problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism
