Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in Noida. The Educational Counselor will engage with students to understand their educational and career goals. Responsibilities include providing academic and career counseling, guiding students towards apt educational programs, and supporting them in making informed decisions about their futures. The counselor will also communicate effectively with students and work collaboratively to achieve enrollment targets.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Strong skills in Career Counseling and guidance
• Excellent oral and written Communication skills
• Knowledge in the field of Education and exposure to academic programs
• Ability to build rapport with students and understand their career aspirations
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Prior experience in educational or career counseling is preferred
• Positive attitude, problem-solving approach, and ability to work in a team-oriented environment
