Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in Pune. The Educational Counselor will actively engage with students, providing customized guidance on educational options, career paths, and academic plans. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting one-on-one student counseling sessions, assisting with career goal setting, advising on distance education programs, and maintaining records of counseling sessions. The role also involves collaborating with team members to enhance the overall counseling process and delivering impactful educational guidance to help students succeed.

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and Student Counseling
• Proven skills in Career Counseling and Education to guide learners effectively
• Exceptional Communication skills to interact with students and stakeholders
• Ability to work in an on-site role in Pune and collaborate with team members
• Proficiency in assessing educational and career goals to create tailored plans
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related fields
• Experience in a similar role or background in the education sector is a plus
