Job Details: Responsibilities: ? We are looking for experienced candidates to work as Counsellors, ? The main role will be to do Face to Face & Telephonic counselling of students who are looking for admission in various Universities in the UK, Ireland, Australia, Germany, New Zealand & Canada, ? Additionally, the candidate will also be required to maintain a student database (on our CRM), ensure regular follow up on potential leads for students who are looking to enroll for our Test Preparation courses like IELTS & PTE training, ? The job involves calling on fresh leads and follow ups to ensure walk-ins, conversions and admissions The job will involve significant reading, self-studies and on-line research to ensure most accurate and updated information is shared with students, Skills: ? The Candidate must have a pleasant personality, should be approachable & customer friendly, ? Have counseling experience in at least 3 out of the 6 countries mentioned above Knowledge of UK will be an added advantage ? Have an aptitude for continuous research, learning & knowledge, ? Possess Excellent interpersonal skills & communication skills, both written and spoken, ? This is a target-based role, and the candidate must possess Excellent Sales skills and a proven track record of sales, ? Ability to counsel students and convert Leads into walk-ins and walk-ins into admissions, ? Ability to counsel students for Test Prep Courses ? Should have working knowledge of Computers and MS Office, ? Should be Internet and social media Savvy ? Ability to work in a target driven and result oriented environment, ? Marketing skills will be a distinct advantage, ? Experience of blogging and online counseling on education portals & Facebook groups will be a distinct advantage ? Minimum 1 year experience as an overseas education counselor
