Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Educational Counselor located in Noida. The Educational Counselor will be responsible for providing guidance and support to students regarding their educational and career development. This includes identifying individual student needs, recommending course and training programs, coordinating with technical trainers, and facilitating effective communication between students and trainers. The counselor will also assist in training and development activities and track the progress of students to ensure successful outcomes.

• Experience in Training & Development and training activities
• Excellent Communication skills
• Strong ability to identify and address student needs
• Relevant experience in educational counseling and advisory roles
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, Psychology, or related field
