Job Description: We are looking for a proactive and communicative Counselor to support our Study Abroad division. The ideal candidate will handle inbound and outbound calls, follow up with leads, and assist students with queries regarding overseas education opportunities. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential students and follow up on inquiries. Provide basic information about study abroad programs, courses, universities, and application processes. Schedule counselling sessions with senior advisors. Maintain records of calls and student details using CRM software. Assist in achieving student engagement and conversion goals. Requirements: Minimum 6 months of experience preferred. Good communication skills in English. Interest in international education and student counselling. Basic computer and data entry skills.
