Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Dwarka for an Educational Consultant. The role involves providing academic and career counseling, conducting assessments to guide students in choosing the best educational paths, and assisting with college admission processes. The consultant will ensure a high standard of customer service, address queries, and support students in their career progression while driving engagement and satisfaction through effective communication.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Educational Consulting and understanding of distance learning programs
• Knowledge and experience in the education sector and ability to provide informed consulting
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to engage with students and stakeholders
• Proficiency in Customer Service and relationship building
• Ability to assess individual educational and career goals effectively
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field; advanced degrees will be an advantage
• Previous experience in education or consulting roles is preferred
