Education & Training Audiologist

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver region specific audiology training programs for audiologists, hearing care professionals, and sales teams.
• Conduct product training, fitting protocol workshops, counselling modules, and advanced audiology sessions aligned with Starkey global standards.
• Support new product launches through comprehensive technical and clinical training initiatives.
• Develop and customise training content based on regional needs, clinical gaps, and market feedback.
• Act as a clinical authority and subject matter expert for audiology related queries within the region.
• Provide advanced fitting support and troubleshooting for complex cases in Corporate Office and On-site.
• Promote evidence-based practices, ethical audiology, and outcome driven fittings across partner clinics.
• Build strong professional relationships with key accounts, clinics, hospitals, and institutional partners.
• Support dealers and channel partners through continuous education and clinical upskilling.
• Represent Starkey India in regional conferences, CMEs, workshops, and professional forums.
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams to align training initiatives with business objectives.
• Provide clinical insights and field feedback to support product development and marketing strategies.
• Contribute to national training plans and standardisation of educational frameworks.
• Maintain post training evaluation reports and track training effectiveness and clinical impact through defined KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with Starkey India policies and global audiology standards.

Desired Qualifications, Experience and Competencies

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Audiology from RCI recognised institution (Master’s Degree is Preferred)
• 2 yrs of Hearing Aid fitting experience is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
• Strong hands-on experience in hearing aid fitting, verification, and counselling is a plus.
• Prior experience in the hearing aid industry will be a significant advantage.
• Should possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
