About the Role

IITs and IIMs

The role involves engaging with digital leads, understanding prospective candidates requirements, and guiding them through the application process.

Key Responsibilities

Contact and follow up with prospective candidates using provided digital leads
Convert leads into completed applications for IIT/IIM MBA programs
Address candidate queries and provide accurate program information
Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM systems
Schedule timely and effective follow-ups to ensure consistent lead engagement
Work towards defined targets and conversion metrics

Requirements

Selected candidates have to operate from the Navi Mumbai office (work from office)
2 - 5 years of experience in sales or customer service
Experience in EdTech is an added advantage
MBA candidates with relevant sales or counselling experience will be preferred
Immediate joiners preferred

Compensation

Salary range: 40,000 70,000 per month
, based on experience and performance
