Key Responsibilities

Program Delivery & Facilitation

• Lead educational tours, domestic and international, ensuring a safe, engaging, and learning-focused environment.
• Deliver subject-specific and theme-based learning modules (STEM, history, culture, environment, etc.) aligned with trip destinations.
• Conduct pre-trip orientation sessions, interactive activities, and post-trip debriefs for students.
• Use storytelling, discussions, and hands-on activities to make learning immersive and memorable.

Student Engagement & Mentorship

• Inspire curiosity, critical thinking, and teamwork among student participants.
• Foster cross-cultural awareness and environmental responsibility during trips.
• Address student queries and ensure their comfort, safety, and active participation.

Content & Curriculum Support

• Collaborate with the content team to design educational modules linked to destinations.
• Suggest innovative activities, games, and assignments to enhance learning outcomes.
• Customize teaching approaches for different age groups (typically 10–18 years).

Coordination & Communication

• Work closely with tour managers, local guides, and operations teams to align schedules with educational objectives.
• Maintain effective communication with school representatives and parents (when needed).
• Provide feedback to improve future travel programs

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are followed during trips.
• Maintain discipline and address any behavioural concerns.

Qualifications & Skills

Education:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Social Sciences, Sciences, History, Geography, or related fields.
• B.Ed / M.Ed preferred but not mandatory.

Experience:

• 3–7 years of teaching/educational facilitation experience.
• Prior experience in outdoor education, student travel programs, or field-based learning is an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to connect with students and make learning engaging.
• Flexibility to travel extensively, both within India and internationally.
• Good organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Enthusiasm for travel, cultural exchange, and experiential learning.
