Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Education Program Coordinator to join our team and help drive our STEM Robotics Education Programs in schools and training centers across Chennai. This is an exciting opportunity for fresh engineering graduates passionate about robotics, technology, and education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and deliver STEM and Robotics training sessions in schools and educational institutions.
• Develop, organize, and implement engaging educational workshops and competitions related to robotics and coding.
• Customize and update learning materials and lesson plans as per curriculum requirements.
• Train school teachers and mentors in the basics of robotics and usage of STEM kits.
• Provide technical support and guidance during events, workshops, and lab setups.
• Monitor student performance and prepare reports for internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the implementation of new robotics kits, programming platforms, and teaching methodologies.

Skills & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably ECE, CSE, IT, Mechatronics, or related fields).
• Strong interest in robotics, Arduino, Raspberry Pi, electronics, and basic programming (Python, C/C++).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Tamil language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel locally to schools and training centers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Self-driven, with a passion for education and innovation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
