RESPONSIBILITIES

Identify, onboard, and nurture partnerships with study-abroad consultants, universities, and test-prep companies.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize partner engagement and loan referrals.
Conduct meetings, presentations, and training sessions to educate partners about our offerings.
Maintain strong business relationships and act as the primary point of contact for partners.
Track performance metrics, analyze data, and optimize partner contributions.
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to streamline operations and improve partner experience.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor strategies, and industry developments.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education : Bachelor s degree in any field.
Experience : 1 3 years of experience in B2B sales or partnerships, preferably in education loans, fintech, or ed-tech.
Technical Skills:
Strong relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
A results-driven mindset with the ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
Willingness to travel for partner meetings and industry events.
Familiarity with CRM tools and data-driven decision-making is a plus.
