Roles & Responsibilities

• Engage with Prospects: Connect with potential learners to understand their background, career goals, and motivations.
• Offer Personalized Guidance: Recommend relevant UG/PG programs tailored to each learner’s aspirations.
• Admissions Support: Assist applicants throughout the admissions process via phone, email, or chat.
• Program Knowledge: Clearly explain course details including curriculum, schedules, fees, and enrollment steps.
• CRM & Lead Management: Maintain detailed records and ensure timely follow-ups using CRM tools.
• Achieve Targets: Drive student enrollments by meeting monthly conversion goals through effective communication and follow-ups.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any discipline
• 0–2 years of experience in academic counseling, sales, or admissions (Freshers can apply)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
