Job Overview

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Education Counselor (Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will connect with prospective students, understand their educational needs, and guide them toward enrolling in our mentorship programs and test series.

Key Responsibilities

  • Counseling and Sales:
  • Reach out to potential students through calls, emails, and other channels to explain our CA and CMA programs.
  • Understand students’ requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their educational goals.
  • Convert inquiries into enrollments by effectively presenting program benefits and features.
  • Lead Management:
  • Manage and update the CRM system with student details, inquiries, and follow-up actions.
  • Ensure timely follow-ups with leads to maintain a healthy conversion pipeline.
  • Target Achievement:
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs for program enrollments.
  • Proactively suggest strategies to improve conversion rates and achieve goals.
  • Student Support:
  • Act as a point of contact for enrolled students, ensuring they have a smooth onboarding experience.
  • Market Feedback:
  • Gather feedback from students and prospects to inform improvements in sales strategies and program offerings.

Key Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience: 1 to 4 years in educational sales or counseling roles.
  • Sales Skills: Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication in English and [regional language, if applicable].
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Ability to build rapport with students and address their concerns empathetically.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong time management and multitasking abilities to handle multiple leads efficiently.
  • Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and online communication platforms.
  • Knowledge of CA/CMA Programs: Familiarity with CA and CMA courses is a plus, though not mandatory.
