Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Education Counselor based in Pune. The Education Counselor will be responsible for providing educational consulting, counseling students, and offering career counseling and guidance. They will also support students in understanding their educational needs, help them set career goals, and match them with Exlearn Technologies' training programs. The role requires excellent communication skills to interact effectively with students and assist them in achieving their education and career aspirations.

Qualifications

• Experience in Educational Consulting and Understanding of the Education Sector
• Student Counseling and Career Counseling skills
• Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with students and guide them
• Ability to work on-site in Pune
• Relevant qualifications in Education, Counseling, or a related field
• Experience in the IT training industry is a plus
