Job Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Counselor cum Marketing Executive who can manage both student counseling and business development responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a counseling mindset, and the ability to build relationships with schools, colleges, and communities.

Key ResponsibilitiesCounseling & Student Support

• Conduct career counseling sessions for students (school/college) using psychometric tools.
• Guide students and parents regarding suitable career options, education pathways, and skill development.
• Manage end-to-end counseling processes including assessments, results explanation, and follow-ups.
• Maintain student records, progress reports, and feedback documentation.

Marketing & Business Development

• Visit schools, colleges, coaching institutes, and communities for outreach and promotional activities.
• Create awareness about CareerNaksha services through presentations, seminars, and workshops.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with education partners and stakeholders.
• Support in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
• Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and conversions.

Administrative & Coordination Tasks

• Coordinate with internal teams for scheduling sessions, follow-ups, and reporting.
• Handle client communication, appointment bookings, and data updates.
• Submit daily/weekly activity reports and maintain structured documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (Psychology / HR / Education background preferred).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to counsel, motivate, and influence students and parents.
• Comfortable with field visits and traveling within the city.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, Google Sheets, WhatsApp, Email).
• Prior experience in counseling, sales, education, or marketing is an advantage.
