We are seeking an enthusiastic and self-driven Female Sales Executive to join a dynamic and growing team. The role focuses on converting pre-qualified inbound leads into course enrollments or consultation bookings. This is a consultative sales position requiring strong communication skills, empathy, and a genuine interest in wellness, learning, or spirituality.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Engage with inbound leads generated from websites, social media, and online campaigns.

* Clearly and confidently present the organization’s courses and services to prospective clients.

* Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs or consultation options.

* Follow up with interested leads through calls, WhatsApp, and email to drive conversions.

* Maintain accurate lead data and progress updates in CRM software.

* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.

* Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales/conversion targets.

* Prepare periodic sales and performance reports for management.

* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.

* Stay informed about industry trends and share insights for growth and improvement.

*Required Skills & Competencies:*

* Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English.

* Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.

* Confident, patient, and customer-oriented personality.

* Basic proficiency in CRM systems and lead tracking.

* Team-oriented mindset with a proactive approach.

* Interest in wellness, education, or personal development is a plus.

*Experience Required:*

1 to 2 years of experience in sales, tele-counseling, or customer engagement roles.

(Experience in EdTech, Health, or Wellness industries preferred.)

*Education:*

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Marketing or related field preferred).
