Responsibilities

Engage with prospective students and guide them through suitable UG/PG programs offered by partner universities.
Build and maintain strong lead relationships through consistent follow-ups via calls and messages.
Understand student goals and preferences to deliver accurate, personalized course recommendations.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and a smooth post-enrollment experience.

Requirements

0–1 year of experience in EdTech sales; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
Experience selling UG/PG courses is a plus.
Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and customer-handling abilities.
