Responsibilities

  • Engage with prospective students and guide them through suitable UG/PG programs offered by partner universities.
  • Build and maintain strong lead relationships through consistent follow-ups via calls and messages.
  • Understand student goals and preferences to deliver accurate, personalized course recommendations.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales and enrollment targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and a smooth post-enrollment experience.

Requirements

  • 0–1 year of experience in EdTech sales; freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply.
  • Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA preferred.
  • Experience selling UG/PG courses is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, persuasive selling, and customer-handling abilities.
