Education Counselor

As an Education Counselor at our organization, your role will involve guiding prospective students in making informed career decisions regarding our animation and graphic design courses. You will be responsible for assessing students" interests and abilities and enrolling them in suitable programs. Key Responsibilities: - Handle walk-in inquiries and provide detailed information about our courses, career options, and the benefits of joining Anilee Animation. - Respond to telephonic and online inquiries promptly and with informative communication. - Conduct personalized counseling sessions with students and parents to understand their aspirations and eligibility, guiding them accordingly. - Maintain regular follow-up with potential students to convert inquiries into admissions. - Assist students with the enrollment process, documentation, and clarification of the fee structure. - Keep accurate records of inquiries, counseling sessions, and admissions. - Support marketing activities, seminars, workshops, and promotional campaigns. - Coordinate with faculty and center teams for smooth batch management post-admission. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time-management abilities. - Prior experience in education counseling or a similar role will be an advantage. Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position suitable for fresher candidates. The work schedule is during the day shift with a performance bonus. The work location is in person.,
