Job Title: Education Counsellor – Trading Courses

Experience Required: 2–3 Years

Location: Deccan, pune

Job Type: Full-Time

The counsellor will be responsible for converting leads into admissions for our Trading & Investment Courses (Beginner to Advanced), providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students.

Key Responsibilities:  Handle incoming inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins, online) and follow up on leads from various sources.  Understand student profiles, interests, and goals to recommend suitable trading courses.  Explain course details, curriculum, fees, schedules (online/offline), and career outcomes effectively.  Maintain and update lead data on spreadsheets.  Follow up consistently to ensure timely conversion of leads into admissions.  Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding.  Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversions.  Participate in webinars, workshops, and events to represent the institute.

Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in any field, or relevant certification is a plus.  2–3 years of experience in educational counselling or inside sales, preferably in finance or trading education.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
