Job Title: Education Counsellor – Trading Courses Experience Required: 2–3 Years Location: Deccan, pune Job Type: Full-Time The counsellor will be responsible for converting leads into admissions for our Trading & Investment Courses (Beginner to Advanced), providing accurate information, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for students. Key Responsibilities:  Handle incoming inquiries (phone, email, walk-ins, online) and follow up on leads from various sources.  Understand student profiles, interests, and goals to recommend suitable trading courses.  Explain course details, curriculum, fees, schedules (online/offline), and career outcomes effectively.  Maintain and update lead data on spreadsheets.  Follow up consistently to ensure timely conversion of leads into admissions.  Coordinate with the training and operations team to ensure seamless onboarding.  Meet monthly/quarterly targets for lead conversions.  Participate in webinars, workshops, and events to represent the institute. Requirements:  Bachelor’s degree in any field, or relevant certification is a plus.  2–3 years of experience in educational counselling or inside sales, preferably in finance or trading education.  Excellent communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills. Key Responsibilities: - Dealing & Execution: - Efficiently execute client orders for equity derivatives and mutual funds. - Proactively monitor real-time market movements to keep clients informed. - Ensure compliance with internal risk management and regulatory guidelines. - Client Relationship Management: - Send regular updates to clients regarding their portfolios. - Build strong relationships by providing trading insights and portfolio updates. - Assist clients with onboarding, documentation, KYC processes, and platform training. - Support client acquisition through referrals and lead conversions. - Sales & Advisory Support: - Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities among existing clients. - Share research views, market commentary, and stock ideas. - Cross-sell mutual funds, insurance, and other investment products based on client suitability. - Provide solutions tailored to meet client wealth management requirements. - Operational Support: - Coordinate with franchise support for query resolution. - Maintain accurate records of client communications, transactions, and service requests. - Record client assets, products, and ledgers. - Contribute to achieving goals and enhancing service quality.
