Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Counsel and
guide students and parents regarding MBBS admission opportunities abroad
.
Assess
students profiles and suggest suitable universities/countries based on eligibility, interest, and budget.
Provide a
ccurate and updated information about admission
processes, documentation, visa requirements, and timelines.
Handle s
tudent queries through calls, walk-ins, emails, and virtual sessions.
Assist
students in completing application forms, compiling documents, and meeting deadlines.
Stay u
pdated with current admission policies, university collaborations, and changing regulations in different countries.
Conduct
regular follow-ups with students to ensure conversion from enquiry to admission.
Achieve monthly/quarterly admission targets as per company goal

Key Requirements:

Mandatory
experience in MBBS Abroad student counselling
(applications without relevant experience will not be considered).
Strong
communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi
proficiency required; additional languages are a plus).
Ability to
handle student concerns with patience and provide transparent guidance.
Knowledge of admission procedures, eligibility criteria, and visa filing for countries like Russia, Georgia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, etc
.
