Job Description: Were looking for a dynamic professional to support and guide prospective students through their enrollment journey and help them choose the right programs. Key Responsibilities: Be the first point of contact for student inquiries via phone, email, or chat Assist students with the enrollment process and recommend suitable finance programs Meet monthly/quarterly sales targets through lead follow-up and closures Proactively engage with potential students and explain course value Build trust-based relationships to improve student satisfaction and retention Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and promotions to boost enrollments Desired Candidate Profile: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Sales-driven mindset with a passion for education Prior experience in EdTech or student counseling is a plus
