Admission Counsellor Job Role: We are actively seeking enthusiastic passionate individuals to join our dynamic team as skilled Admission Counsellors. As an admission counsellor, you will guide prospective students and parents through the admissions process to our partner. Key Job Responsibilities: Admission Counselling: Engage on the phone with parents and students, providing information about various career paths, options, and programs. Clear and Accurate Information: Provide clear and accurate information about our EdTech programs, admission requirement, related services. Data Maintenance: Maintain detailed records of all admissions-related conversations in the CRM. Positive Relationship Building: Establish and maintain positive relationships with prospective students, and tailor counseling approaches to meet the unique needs and concerns of individual students. Admissions Coordination: Coordinate and facilitate the end-to-end admission process for students, ensuring all necessary documentation is collected and processed. Query Resolution: Address all admissions-related queries from the students and parents promptly and effectively. Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Graduate degree is mandatory. 1 to 2 years of work experience, preferably in the sales or admission counselling process. Freshers are welcome to apply for the position. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
