Job Title: Senior Admission Counselor & Education Counselor Job Type: Full-time Experience Required: Minimum 1 year in education counseling, admissions, or B2B channel management 📝 Job Summary: We are hiring a Senior Admission & Education Counselor to lead student counseling and manage B2B admission partnerships. The role involves guiding students across various education formats—Online, ODL (Open & Distance Learning), UG/PG programs, and B.Vocational courses—and working closely with partner centers that provide admissions through our network. 🎯 Key Responsibilities: Counsel students and parents on course selection, career paths, and college options Handle inquiries via walk-ins, calls, WhatsApp, and online platforms Guide students through admission forms, documentation, and deadlines Promote and convert leads for Online Courses, ODL Programs, UG/PG Degrees, and B.Vocational Courses Build and manage relationships with B2B centers, franchises, and admission partners Onboard new centers and train them on admission procedures and product offerings Track and follow up on leads generated by centers to ensure conversions Maintain accurate records of student data, center performance, and admission status Achieve monthly admission targets through direct and center-based enrollments Coordinate with internal teams and universities for smooth operations and updates ✅ Requirements: Graduate/Postgraduate in any stream Minimum 3 years of experience in education counseling or B2B admissions Strong communication skills in English and Hindi Experience in selling online, ODL, UG/PG, and B.Voc courses is preferred Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel tracking, and telecalling Target-driven, organized, and proactive in follow-ups and coordination Ability to manage multiple centers and maintain professional relationships 💼 Perks & Benefits:Fixed salary + performance-based incentives Opportunity to lead B2B expansion and center onboarding Exposure to top universities, colleges, and education platforms Supportive work environment with career growth opportunities
