Role & responsibilities

Understand each students aspirations, challenges, and motivations to offer tailored academic and career guidance.
Break down UG/PG program structures, career outcomes, and admission processes in a clear, relatable way.
Actively support students from inquiry to enrollment, ensuring a smooth, engaging, and positive experience.
Become a point of reference for students throughout their learning journey, earning trust and credibility.
Maintain organized records, track trends in student interests, and provide feedback to improve processes and offerings.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any discipline.
02 years of experience in student advisory, counseling, academic consulting, or client-facing roles.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with fluency in English.
Empathy and curiosity — a natural ability to understand others and offer meaningful guidance.
Experience in EdTech, higher education, or career advisory is a plus.
