Education Counsellor

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed discussions with prospective students to understand their educational background, career goals, and program preferences. Use this information to recommend the most suitable UG/PG programs.
• Provide comprehensive and accurate guidance on program structures, eligibility criteria, course fees, application deadlines, career prospects, and academic outcomes.
• Respond promptly and professionally to leads via phone, WhatsApp, email, and chat. Maintain ongoing communication with potential applicants to address queries, resolve concerns, and encourage timely application completion.
• Guide students through the complete application lifecycle including form filling, document verification, and final enrollment ensuring compliance with institutional policies.
• Accurately update and maintain student records, interaction history, and lead status within the CRM system to support reporting and decision-making.
• Work towards individual and team conversion targets while maintaining a student-first approach and high standards of integrity and professionalism.

Candidate Requirements

• A Bachelors degree in any discipline (background in education, psychology, or communication is an advantage)
• 02 years of relevant experience in admissions counseling, academic advisory, student support, telesales, or customer engagement
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
• Proficiency in using CRM tools or lead management systems is preferred but not mandatory
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team
