The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand presence, engage our community, and support our mission. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and hands-on execution. Key Responsibilities: Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create comprehensive marketing plans that align with PACT Foundation's mission and goals, focusing on increasing awareness and engagement. Content Creation: Produce compelling content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and press releases, to effectively communicate our initiatives and impact. Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media presence by creating engaging reels, posts, monitoring interactions, and analysing performance metrics to drive continuous improvement. Event Promotion: Design, promote and deliver workshops, seminars, and community outreach programs, ensuring maximum participation and visibility. Market Research: Conduct research to understand audience preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform marketing strategies. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for optimisation. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the non-profit sector. Skills: Communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Digital Proficiency: Experience with social media platforms, email marketing, and content management systems. Creativity: Ability to generate innovative ideas and content that resonate with diverse audiences.
