Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Education Counsellor with 2 to 7 years of experience to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the education industry, preferably with experience in study abroad counseling.

Roles and Responsibility

Participate in client meetings and engage with parents and students confidently.
Counsel and assist students with their Study Abroad needs, including SAT, GMAT, GRE, and profile building.
Research and identify new business opportunities, including market trends and customer needs.
Generate leads and cold call prospective customers to meet sales targets.
Foster and develop relationships with customers and clients to understand their needs.
Plan and execute sales campaigns to drive business growth.

Job Requirements

Motivated, passionate, and driven to make an impact in the education space.
Preferably from the study abroad industry with knowledge of standardized tests such as SAT, SAT II, GMAT, GRE, and ACT.
Superior written and spoken English communication skills.
Enjoys working with youngsters aged 16-19 and young professionals.
Prepared to embark on an entrepreneurial journey with a long-term commitment to partner in growth.
Female applicants preferred.
