Job Role: Education Counselor Experience: Minimum 6 months to 2+ years in Sales Salary: Fresher: 17,000 20,000 CTC (depending on interview) Experienced: Up to 25,000 CTC (depending on interview) Job Type: Full-time Location: Singasandra, Bengaluru 560068 Joining: Immediate Joiners Required Qualification: Graduation (Mandatory) Office Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM Working Days: 6 days a week Job Description: An Education Counselor is responsible for providing educational and career guidance, supporting students in course selection, and helping them make informed academic decisions. Key Responsibilities: Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with prospective students. Counsel students regarding various courses offered by the university/institute. Manage allocated leads effectively and maintain follow-up records using CRM software. Convert leads into confirmed admissions as per weekly and monthly targets. Build rapport with students and guide them through the enrollment process. Required Skills: Strong communication skills in English, Hindi, Kannada, Telugu, or Tamil.
