 💰 Package: ₹6 LPA (50% fixed + 50% variable, target-based)

 📍 Location: Madhya Pradesh (expanding PAN-India)

Role Overview

• We are seeking an experienced EdTech Sales Expert to drive our market entry, school outreach, and parent conversions. This is a high-impact role with both fixed salary and strong performance-linked incentives.

Responsibilities

• Drive adoption of our SPARK Test across schools & institutions.
• Conduct home visits & parent meetings, converting reports into paid enrollments.
• Build, recruit, and train a dedicated sales team as we scale.
• Collaborate with the founding team on growth strategy & sales infrastructure.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.

Ideal Candidate

• 3–7 years of proven EdTech or education sales experience.
• Strong network in schools, principals, and parent communities.
• Track record of hitting & exceeding sales targets.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, ambitious and hungry for growth.
• Passion for transforming India’s education system.
