EDP Executive

The Sales EDP Executive is responsible for managing all sales-related data entry, documentation, and reporting activities in the DMS (Dealer Management System) and Hyundai portals. The role ensures accurate and timely updating of sales transactions, vehicle invoicing, stock management, and coordination between sales, accounts, and registration teams.

Key Responsibilities:Data Management & Documentation

• Handle vehicle booking, invoicing, and delivery data in the DMS and Hyundai systems.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales transactions, stock, and vehicle status.
• Generate and verify daily MIS reports, sales summaries, and pending delivery reports.
• Ensure proper documentation for vehicle sale — booking forms, invoices, insurance, finance, and RTO papers.

System & Coordination

• Update and monitor Hyundai’s online dealer portals (HMIL systems).
• Coordinate with sales, accounts, and CRM teams for smooth workflow.
• Manage and reconcile vehicle stock between physical and system records.
• Support the Sales Manager in data analysis and sales performance tracking.

Compliance & Reporting

• Ensure adherence to Hyundai and dealership policies on billing, documentation, and reporting.
• Assist in internal and OEM audits by providing accurate data and records.
• Prepare and share daily/weekly/monthly reports with management.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong knowledge of DMS / ERP systems used in automobile dealerships
• Good computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Time management and organizational skills
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments

Qualifications & Experience:

• Graduate in any discipline (B.Com or BBA preferred)
• 2–5 years of experience in EDP or back-office roles in automobile sales
• Experience with Hyundai DMS / AutoCRM preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
