Job Summary:
Rudra Hyundai is looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled EDP Executive to manage data processing, system operations, and IT-related support for our dealership. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in automobile dealership systems and a good understanding of DMS software.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and update data in DMS (Dealer Management System) and other company software.
• Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Coordinate with the Sales, Service, and Accounts departments for data and report accuracy.
• Handle system backups, user credentials, and ensure data security.
• Troubleshoot basic computer, printer, and network-related issues.
• Support management with analytical data for business planning and performance tracking.
• Ensure timely submission of reports to OEM (Hyundai) and management.
• Maintain records of invoices, service entries, and spare parts data.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or any related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience as an EDP Executive (preferably in the automobile sector).
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and DMS software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination abilities.
