EDP Executive cum Graphic Designer

We are Looking a skilled EDP Executive Cum Graphic Designer to manage our school’s located in Mokila, Hyd.

Key Responsibilities EDP :

• Manage and maintain school databases, ERP systems, MIS reports, and digital records.
• Ensure accurate data entry, updating, and verification of student, staff, and academic information.
• Generate reports for management: attendance, admissions, examinations, fee collection, academics, etc.
• Provide technical support for computer labs, smart classes, and school digital systems.

Graphic Design Responsibilities :

• Design brochures, flyers, banners, posters, newsletters, certificates, event creatives, and school branding material.
• Create engaging digital content for social media, website, and communication platforms.
• Support event photography, video editing, and multimedia content creation.
• Collaborate with management for creative conceptualization of campaigns & events.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Multimedia, Design, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in EDP, data management, or graphic design (school experience preferred).
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and MIS reporting.
• Graphic design skills using Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDraw, Canva, etc.
