Role Overview: As an Editorial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the content strategy of the company. You will lead a team of editors to ensure high-quality, engaging, and error-free content across various platforms. Your role will involve managing editorial processes, supervising a team of Associate Editorial Managers, and aligning content with the business objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Editorial Oversight: Manage, review, and refine content to maintain consistency, accuracy, and engagement on different platforms. - Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor three Associate Editorial Managers and their teams to uphold editorial standards. - Content Strategy: Develop and execute a strategic content roadmap that aligns with the company's goals. - Quality Control: Ensure all published content follows brand guidelines, language proficiency, and editorial best practices. - Workflow Management: Streamline editorial processes, handle deadlines, and collaborate with writers, designers, and marketing teams. - Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders such as marketing and product teams to create compelling content strategies. - Performance Monitoring: Analyze content performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements for better results. Qualification Required: - Bachelors/Masters degree in English, Communications, or a related field. - Minimum 7 years of editorial experience in the editorial/education or edtech field at a managerial level. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities. - Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. - Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.
