Role Overview: You have an immediate opening for a self-motivated team player with the experience and skills to lead marketing coordination and management of proposals for the Diagnostics team at Walter P Moore. Key Responsibilities: - Use Adobe InDesign to develop and coordinate materials for proposals, qualifications packages, and brochures - Conduct research and technical writing to enhance existing literature and develop new collateral - Coordinate with business development leadership in the strategic development of marketing collateral - Update and maintain marketing collateral and database - Develop and maintain project stories, resumes, and boilerplate content in alignment with brand standards - Provide quality control and editorial oversight of marketing collateral and proposal materials - Assist in the coordination and preparation of interview presentations and other shortlist - Coordinate with the CRM/data team to maintain accurate pursuit records and content Qualifications: - 0-4 years of experience as a proposal/marketing coordinator - A minimum of one (1) year of experience in a professional services firm (i.e. construction, architecture, engineering, or commercial real estate organization) is preferred - BA/BS degree with a concentration in Marketing, Graphic Design, Journalism, or Communications highly preferred - Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite. Responsibilities Devotional Content Ideation & Development: (Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism) Develop devotional song/show concepts, formats Production Management: Plan and manage shoots for Devotional songs - including complete ownership of the project and active participation in song lyrics writing/scripting, scheduling, budgeting, vendor management and artist and crew coordination.
