As a Project Manager at Zebra Learn, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end book publishing process. Your key responsibilities will include: - Allocating and managing resources efficiently to meet project requirements and stay within budget constraints. - Collaborating with authors to understand their vision and guide them through the writing process. - Ensuring the highest editorial standards are maintained by coordinating the editing process and eliminating errors. - Developing and maintaining project timelines to ensure timely delivery of books. - Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them, ensuring the project stays on track. - Working closely with designers to create visually appealing and engaging content. To excel in this role, you should have: - Proven experience in project management within the publishing industry. - Strong understanding of the book publishing process from manuscript to publication. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong organizational and time management skills. - Familiarity with industry-standard editing and design software is a plus. - Creative thinking and a passion for literature.
